RATES AND POLICIES

• Check-In 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Deposit: Minimum of one night's stay.
• Refundable Security/Damage Deposit: $100
• 6.75% sale tax Plus 3% occupancy tax.
• Rates: Monday-Wednesday $100/night; Thursday-Saturday $125. Two-night minimum for Friday and Saturday night stays. Holiday minimums negotiated based on length of stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.*
• No smoking within the cabin. Smoking is permitted on deck and porch, but butts must be properly disposed of in appropriate container.
• Cabin includes complimentary continental breakfast.
• The maximum occupancy for the cabin is four guests, with an exception for small children.
• Telephone reservations taken 7:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. Online reservations available 24 hours.
• Deposit may be paid by Visa or Master Card. Personal check accepted if received within 7 days of reservation and a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival date.
• Applicable city and state taxes are not included in published rates.
• Balances are due by credit card upon arrival. Balances being paid by personal check must be received and funds verified at least two weeks prior to arrival date. Possession of cabin will not take place until the entire amount of rent, fees, taxes and security/damage deposit has been paid.
• Guests will be charged for their full reserved stay, regardless of their actual stay.
• One set of keys will be issued upon check-in. Keys must be returned at check-out. Keys not returned will require $75 deduction from deposit.
• Bath and bed linens provided, but no daily maid service. Extended stays include weekly linen service.
• Telephone is available for local use only. Long distance requires the use of a calling card.
• No loud music or excessive use of alcohol.
• The cabin is on well water. Those requesting bottled water can be accommodated.
• Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Without exception, a 14 day notice is required to cancel a reservation and/or shortened stays.
• To receive a refund of the deposit or room rental, minus a $25 processing fee for all cancellations, the cancellation must be received by phone or email within 14 days.
• THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAYS RESERVED, WITH NO-SHOWS WILL FORFEITING DEPOSIT, AS WELL AS THE CHARGED THE BALANCE
• Visa and Master card are accepted
• Rates are subject to change and may change seasonally. Rates are higher on weekends and during special events. Please confirm the rate at the time of your stay.
